There were 226 clashes at the front: where the enemy storms the most

Over the past 24 hours, 226 combat clashes have occurred on the front. Russian troops massively used aviation, drones, and artillery. The largest number of attacks was recorded in the Pokrovsky direction.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. on April 28.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 76 air strikes, dropping 247 guided bombs. In addition, it used 6,251 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,283 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, including 34 from multiple rocket launchers.

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular in the areas of settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region – Pokrovske, Lisne, Novoselivka and Havrylivka; in Zaporizhia, Rizdvyanka, Verkhnia Tersa, Shyroke, Svoboda, Dolynka, Rivne, Novoselivka, Lyubitske, Chervona Krynytsia, Odarivka, Zaporozhets and Novooleksandrivka were affected by airstrikes.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery have struck four areas of enemy manpower concentration.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day, the enemy carried out three air strikes using five anti-aircraft missiles, and carried out 58 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including four using MLRS.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units 18 times in the areas of Vovchansk, Starytsia and in the direction of Ternova, Okhrimivka, Bochkovo, Novovasylivka, and Kolodyazne.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked four times in the areas of Novoosynovoye, Kindrashivka and towards Kupyansk and Kivsharivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy tried to penetrate our defenses 13 times, attacking towards the settlements of Drobysheve, Lyman, and Shykivka.

In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy carried out assault operations in the Zakitne area and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka, Kryvaya Luka, and Ozerne.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked once in the direction of Nikiforivka.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 15 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Ivano-Pol’ya and towards the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka, Vilne and Novopavlivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 52 assault actions of the aggressor towards the settlements of Bilytske, Zatyshok, Nove Shakhove, Dorozhne, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Novooleksandrivka, Shevchenko, Hryshyne, Vasylivka, Muravka, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, Novopavlivka, Novy Donbas, Pokrovsk, Udachne and Serhiivka.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked six times in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandrivka, Novohrygorivka and towards Verbovye, Yehorivka.

In the Hulyaipil direction, there were 26 attacks by the invaders in the areas of Dobropillya, Pryluky, Olenokostyantynivka, Zaliznychnogt, Svyatopetrivka, Myrny, Tsvitkiv, Charivny and Hulyaipilsky.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped one enemy attempt to advance in the Stepovoye area.

In the Dnieper direction, the enemy made four attempts to advance towards the Antoniv Bridge and Belogruy Island.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
