There were 241 combat clashes at the front: where is the most difficult situation?

Over the past 24 hours, 241 combat clashes have been recorded on the front. The hottest areas remain the Pokrovsky, Hulyaipilsky, and Yuzhno-Slobozhansky directions, where Russian troops continue to actively storm positions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. on May 14.

Yesterday, the enemy launched a missile strike using one missile, carried out 91 air strikes, dropped 302 guided bombs. In addition, it used 9,828 kamikaze drones to strike and carried out 3,418 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, including 120 from multiple rocket launchers.

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular in the areas of the settlements of Bachivsk and Vilna Sloboda in Sumy region; Mykolaivka in Chernihiv region.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery have struck a command post, one other important facility, and an enemy artillery system.

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, four clashes took place over the past day, the enemy launched three air strikes, used eight guided bombs, and carried out 111 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including eight using multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South Slobozhansky direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units 22 times in the areas of the settlements of Vovchanski Khutory, Lyman, Rybalchyne, Okhrimivka, and Starytsia and towards the settlements of Ternova, Izbitske, and Volokhivka.

In the Kupyansk direction, our defenders stopped an enemy attempt to advance in the area of the settlement of Borivska Andriivka.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled six attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of the settlements of Lyman, Drobysheve, Stavky, and Ozerne.

In the Slavyansk direction, during the past 24 hours, our defenders stopped one attempt by the occupiers to advance in the area of the settlement of Zakitne.

In the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders stopped three enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Nikyforivka and Vyrolyubivka.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 14 attacks near Kostyantynivka, Rusyn Yar, Pleshchiivka, Illinivka, and Stepanivka.

In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders repelled 36 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Novopavlivka, Vilne, Kucheriv Yar, Bilytske, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Udachne, Serhiivka, Novomykolaivka, Toretske, Zolotoy Kolodyaz, and Novopidhorodne.

The enemy did not conduct active operations in the Oleksandrivka direction in the past day.

In the Hulyaipil direction, 32 attacks by the invaders took place in the areas of the settlements of Dobropillya, Zlagoda, Pryvillya, Vozdvizhivska, Zaliznychne, Verkhnia Tersa, Girke, Svyatopetrivka, Tsvitkove, Staroukrainka, and Charivne.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy tried to advance eight times in the areas of the settlements of Shcherbaki and Stepnohirsk.

In the Dnieper direction, Ukrainian units stopped two enemy attacks in the direction of Antonivka.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
