There were 71 battles at the front: how many of them were in the Pokrovsky direction

Russian invaders continue to storm the positions of Ukrainian defenders. Since the beginning of the day, 71 combat clashes have been recorded.

This is stated in the construction of the General Staff.

Border settlements, including Novovasilovka, Staraya Guta in Sumy Oblast, are suffering from artillery shelling from the territory of the Russian Federation. The community of Staraya Guta was also subjected to an airstrike.

Four enemy attacks were repelled by Ukrainian defenders in the Severo-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, another battle is ongoing. The enemy also carried out three air strikes, dropped five KABs, carried out 115 shellings, including one from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South Slobozhansky direction, the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders four times near Glubokoe, Vovchansk, Krasny Pervye and in the direction of Doroshevka; two combat clashes continue.

In the Kupyansk direction, our defenders repelled four attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops in the direction of the settlements of Kupyansk and Novaya Kruglyakovka. Another attack is still ongoing.

In the Liman direction, the invading army attacked 17 times near the settlements of Novomikhaylovka, Karpovka, Kolodets and towards the settlements of Shandrigolovo, Stavki, Dronovka and Serebryanka. The defense forces successfully stopped 10 attempts by the enemy to advance, the fighting continues.

In the Seversky direction, the enemy tried to break through four times in the area of Grigorovka and in the direction of Serebryanka, Vyemka, Fedorovka, and was rebuffed.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy unsuccessfully attacked the positions of the Defense Forces twice, trying to advance towards Stupochki.

In the Toretsk direction today the invader attacked five times in the Toretskaya area and in the direction of the settlements of Berestok and Stepanovka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the infidels have made 24 attempts to push the Ukrainian defenders from their positions in the areas of the settlements of Nikanorovka, Novoekonomicheskoe, Mirolyubovka, Luch, Lysovka, Kotlino, Udachnoye, Novoukrainka and in the direction of Vladimirovka, Rodinskoye, Pokrovsk. The defense forces are holding back the enemy’s onslaught and have repelled 23 attacks, one combat clash continues.

Today, in the Novopavlovsk direction, the enemy attacked nine times near the Shevchenko settlement and in the direction of Filial, Iskra and Aleksandrograd. Three combat clashes are still ongoing.

In the Gulyai-Polye direction, enemy aircraft attacked Belogorye.

In the Orekhov direction, the enemy launched an air strike on Preobrazhenka.

In the Dnieper direction, the enemy once unsuccessfully attacked the positions of our defenders.

“No significant changes in the situation have been recorded in other areas of the front,” the report says.
