There were 72 battles at the front: where was the most difficult?

Since the beginning of the day, 72 combat clashes have been recorded on the front. Ukrainian defenders are stopping the enemy, holding the lines, and destroying the Russians’ plans.

This is stated in the evening briefing of the General Staff .

Russian artillery shelling affected areas of settlements, in particular Kucherivka, Bachivsk, Volfyne, Sukhodil, and Bezsalivka in the Sumy region.

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 88 attacks, eight of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South Slobozhansky direction, there were three enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Prylipka and Degtyarne. One battle is currently ongoing.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy twice tried to dislodge our units from the occupied positions, advancing towards Petropavlivka and Pishchane.

Four combat clashes took place in the Lyman direction today. The enemy attacked in the area of the settlement of Kolodyazi and towards the settlements of Lypove and Stavky.

In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy today carried out two attacks in the areas of the settlements of Dronivka and Fedorivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled two attacks in the Stupochok area and towards Pryvillye.
The defense forces stopped ten enemy attacks in the Kostyantynivka direction. The invader tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillya, Berestok, Yablunivka and towards Sofiivka. Another three clashes are ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian troops have attempted to advance 28 times on the positions of our troops in the areas of the settlements of Shakhove, Fedorivka, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Kotlyne, Udachne and towards Filia and Novopavlivka. Our defenders have already repelled 26 attacks, and two clashes are currently ongoing.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled five enemy attacks near the settlements of Rybne, Yehorivka, and Solodke.

In the Hulyaipil direction, our soldiers repelled eight attacks by enemy units in the Hulyaipil area and towards Dobropil, and four more clashes are still ongoing.

No enemy offensive actions have been recorded in the Orikhiv direction at this time.

In the Dnieper direction, the occupiers made one unsuccessful attempt to improve their position in the area of the Antoniv Bridge.

“There have been no significant changes in the situation in the remaining areas,” the military added.
