There were 83 combat clashes at the front – General Staff.

Since the start of the day, 83 combat clashes have occurred on the front. Ukrainian defenders are stopping the enemy, holding their lines, and thwarting Russian plans.

This is stated in the construction of the General Staff.

Over the course of 24 hours, the enemy launched artillery attacks from Russian territory on the areas of the settlements of Bachevsk and Staraya Guta in the Sumy region and Mormyshka in the Chernihiv region.

In the North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled five attacks by the invaders, with three more clashes ongoing. The enemy launched five airstrikes, dropped 15 guided bombs, and carried out 103 artillery attacks, including seven from multiple launch rocket systems.

Since the start of the day, Defense Forces have repelled five enemy attacks in the Yuzhno-Slobozhansky direction, with two more clashes ongoing. The enemy is attacking near Vovchansk, Vovchanskiye Khutors, and toward Otradnoye and Kutkovka.

In the Kupyansk direction, our soldiers successfully stopped two enemy offensive actions in the areas of Kupyansk and Peschanoye.

In the Liman direction, eight military clashes occurred near the settlements of Olgovka, Novoegorovka, Grekovka, Stavki, Shandrigolovo, Derilovo, Torskoye, Zarechnoye, three military clashes are still ongoing.

In the Seversky direction, two combat contacts are currently ongoing near Serebryanka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders repelled four enemy attacks near Stupochki.

In the Toretsk direction, the invaders launched 12 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Pleshcheyevka, Berestok, Yekaterinovka, Kleban-Byk, Rusin Yar, Poltavka, and in the direction of Stepanovka. Fighting continues in three locations.

In the Pokrovskoe direction, clashes of varying intensity erupted 32 times within 24 hours near the settlements of Nikanorovka, Zolotoy Kolodets, Rodinske, Krasny Liman, Novoekonomicheskoe, Mirolyubovka, Luch, Mirnograd, Zverevo, Kotlino, Udachnoye, Molodezhskoye, and Dachnoye. Six of these clashes are still ongoing.

In the Novopavlovskoye direction, the aggressor attempted to advance eight times near the settlements of Filial, Yanvar, Shevchenko, Sosnovka, Novoivanovka, and Ternovo. Three combat clashes are still ongoing.

The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Hulyai-Polye , Orekhiv , and Dnieper directions, but launched airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia and Zheleznodorozhny in the Zaporizhzhia region; and Lviv and Mykolaivka in the Kherson region.

“Ukrainian troops are exhausting the enemy along the entire line of combat engagement and in the rear,” the General Staff added.
