US President Donald Trump said he would not like to attend a leadership-level meeting involving Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

This was reported by Sky News.

When asked about the prospects for the meeting, the American president replied that he would see how Zelensky and Putin would work together.

At the same time, he compared the leaders of Ukraine and the Russian Federation to “oil and vinegar,” because they “don’t get along very well for obvious reasons.”

“But we’ll see. And then we’ll see if I have to be there. I wouldn’t like to,” Trump added.

As a reminder, Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that Russia is doing everything to prevent his meeting with Putin from taking place .

It was previously reported that a meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian leader Vladimir Putin could take place in the coming weeks . According to European diplomatic sources, Hungary is being considered as a potential venue for the talks.
