President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Decree No. 466/2025, which provides for the introduction of sanctions against a number of Chinese firms that supply components for Russian combat drones.

The text of the document has already been published on the official website of the head of state.

Five companies were subject to restrictions, including Ningbo BLIN Machinery Co., Ltd and Suzhou ECOD Precision Manufacturing. Vlasyuk reported that during the massive night shelling of Kyiv on July 4, Chinese-made spare parts were found in the wreckage of Shahed drones.

“We are imposing sanctions against these suppliers. These companies supplied parts for Russian facilities in 2024-2025. Ukraine is coordinating with partners from the international sanctions coalition to apply similar restrictions to Chinese manufacturers of drone components,” said Vladyslav Vlasyuk, Commissioner for Sanctions Policy.

As a reminder, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a new sanctions package against Russian citizens and companies on July 6.

As reported, the European Union is preparing a new, unprecedentedly tough package of sanctions against Russia — the initiative was proposed by France and is being implemented in cooperation with American senators.
