“They will destroy the Russian fleet”: Norway will manufacture surface drones in Ukraine

Norway will develop and manufacture unmanned surface drones in Ukraine using its own technologies.
This is stated in a statement from the Norwegian Ministry of Defense.
It is known that Norway has allocated more than 6. billion Norwegian kroner in 2025 to support the “maritime coalition.”
Defense Minister Tore Onshus Sandvik said that part of the coalition’s finances will be used to develop and produce naval drones using KDA technology. They will be produced in Ukraine.
Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace has signed an agreement with a Ukrainian company to jointly develop and produce surface drones in Ukraine using Norwegian technology and experience.
“Unmanned vessels play a crucial role in helping Ukraine defend its territory and neutralize the Russian fleet in the Black Sea,” the Norwegian Ministry of Defense noted.
Earlier it became known that Norway allocated 86 million euros to support the Ukrainian army .
As a reminder, Norwegian Defense Minister Tore Sandvik confirmed that Oslo will complete the transfer of all promised F-16 fighters to Ukraine by the end of 2025.
