They’ll give you Pearl Harbor: “Magyar” shocked the Allies with the truth about the war
The Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert “Magyar” Broddi, stated at an international conference in Germany that most European countries are not ready for modern warfare — neither technically nor strategically. He gave examples of how Ukrainian drones are changing the rules of the game on the battlefield, and called on partners to prepare for future threats now, before the price is the same as what Ukraine is paying.
He spoke about this at the international conference LANDEURO.
The Ukrainian commander shocked the generals present with direct and uncompromising statements about the real state of affairs in 21st century warfare.
According to him, today the Ukrainian forces of unmanned systems make up only 2% of the army, but they destroy every third occupier and every third enemy target. At the same time, similar units in NATO countries are either absent or only partially developed.
Brody emphasized that NATO countries are currently not technically ready for mass drone attacks.
“I don’t know which NATO country could withstand 200-300 Shaheds every day, seven days a week,” said Magyar.
He added that Ukrainian drones have created a “kill zone” 20 km deep – in it everything that comes under the sights of FPV operators is destroyed. This has already changed logistics on the front line: cargo is delivered by ground robotic complexes, rather than traditional convoys.
Also, a project for an echeloned “drone wall” is already being implemented in Ukraine. It is supposed to intercept all aerial targets, from reconnaissance to strike drones.
“When Putin promised to launch 500 Shaheds, we laughed. Today we crossed the mark of 400 per day. This is already a reality, not a hypothesis,” he said.
Brody gave an example of how four Ukrainian FPV drone pilots could turn a NATO military base into a real Pearl Harbor in 15 minutes , without getting closer than 10 km.
“I’m not saying this to intimidate. It’s just that this technology is so cheap and accessible that in the hands of terrorists it can destroy an entire state. Therefore, our experience is your survival manual,” the military man claims.
Key threats highlighted by “Magyar”:
- Russia’s superiority in infantry numbers: “Putin is sending more infantry to war than we can destroy each month.”
- Shahed as a tool of terror: “A cheap, massive and psychologically destructive weapon against the civilian population.”
- Human resource: “Everyone who wanted to fight in Ukraine is already fighting. There will be no miracles – we are holding on thanks to experience, technology, and partner support.”
Magyar concluded that the experience for which Ukraine is paying with blood should become the basis of a global strategy for the defense of the democratic world . Those who do not realize this now will find themselves in a similar situation later, but without time to prepare.
