Tires were set on fire near the capital’s administration in Kyiv: what is known

On Thursday, October 23, in the center of the capital, near the Kyiv City State Administration, rubber is burning.
This was reported by local Telegram channels.
According to eyewitnesses, unknown persons set fire to rubber tires. However, neither the motive nor other details are currently known.
The released footage shows thick black smoke from the rubber rising into the sky. A car and people are standing next to the flames in a pedestrian zone.
