“Tomahawks” are not only in the US: Ukraine is discussing the provision of long-range weapons with European countries

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is already negotiating with European partners who can help by providing long-range weapons.

He said this during a speech at a meeting of the European Council.

The President called on Western partners to do everything possible to ensure that Ukraine has the capabilities for long-range strikes.

According to him, not only the United States, but also some European countries have the weapons for this, including Tomahawk cruise missiles.

“When we talk about long-range weapons, we mean that the Putin regime must feel the real consequences for this war,” Zelensky explained.

The president added that the Russian dictator “became nervous” when the topic of “tomahawks” came up.

“He (Putin – ed.) understands that long-range weapons can really change the course of the war,” the head of state emphasized.

Recall that earlier Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the decision to provide Tomahawk to Ukraine could scare the Russians .

However, during a meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky, US leader Donald Trump stated that his priority was to end the war and said not to count on Tomahawk missiles .
