Torpedo from Bankova: why was Bezugli ordered to incite Ukrainians

People’s Deputy from the “Servant of the People” party, Mariana Bezugla, with her unflattering statements acts as a kind of “information torpedo” for the Office of the President, who are interested in inciting Ukrainians to divert negativity from the current government and the head of state personally.

This was stated on the air of “Pryamoy” by Vitaliy Gaidukevych, a public activist, politician, and journalist.

“I think that the person in question simply has a strong roof on Bankova Street. And, accordingly, the same Stefanchuk, who could at least raise the issue of the moral and ethical aspects of a people’s deputy, does not do so. Maryana Bezugla has repeatedly acted as an information torpedo for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Even in cases where one could agree on the existence of a problem… What does Maryana Bezugla do? She goes on social networks and posts for the sake of hype and scandal,” said Haidukevych.

In his opinion, Bankova is thus trying to deflect negativity from the authorities, which is why she allows Bezugliya to behave this way.

“She has a roof. That is, someone needs her. And a plus as a channeler of emotions. People, instead of paying attention to, for example, the lack of defensive fortification lines in the Sumy region, begin to reflect on Maryana. And this is how it diverts negativity. Society is electrified. And sleepless nights, emotions, caring for loved ones at the front, accumulation of problems – all this is compressed and must spill out sooner or later. So that it does not spill out on the sunny one, someone is needed who accumulates all the negative energy in social networks. This is where Maryana comes out and fulfills this role. Perhaps this is her mission,” the public activist explains.

At the same time, according to him, Bankova understands that there is nothing dangerous for her in this situation, since there is a certain consensus in society regarding the indulgence of the current authorities.

“There are many comments about our society regarding its infantility, immaturity, lack of critical thinking. But society in general has a certain consensus that the clarification of the circumstances, how effective and ineffective the government is, will take place after the war is over. And Bankova clearly understands this, that she is not in danger now. Therefore, this is a cynical game, but there is no danger for the government in this game. Because society is afraid, not ready, self-censored and postpones completely healthy, logical and correct questions about the quality of governance in Ukraine until the day after tomorrow,” Vitaliy Haidukevych emphasized.

As a reminder, MP Mariana Bezugla spoke out about a man whose body was found under the rubble after the shelling of a high-rise building in Kyiv on June 17. According to her, he “was a traitor to the army,” and this is his karma.

31-year-old Dmytro Isayenko was a student. His parents waited at the scene of the tragedy all day while rescuers cleared the rubble. Later, the body of the deceased man was unblocked from under the rubble.
