Train accident in Germany: Ukrainian citizens among the victims

Ukrainians were among the victims of the passenger train accident in Germany.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Interfax-Ukraine reports .
“Among the passengers were, in particular, five citizens of Ukraine: a 59-year-old man and a couple with two minor children. All citizens of Ukraine are undergoing inpatient examination at local medical facilities. There is no threat to their lives,” the department informed.
They also noted that there were no deaths among Ukrainian citizens.
As noted, the consuls are ready to provide the necessary assistance.
The causes of the accident are currently being established.
As a reminder, on the evening of July 27 , a large-scale railway tragedy occurred in southern Germany in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg – a regional express train derailed .
