The movement of trains connecting Kyiv with European countries was completely stopped due to problems with power supply.

Eyewitnesses report this.

In particular, the Przemysl-Kyiv train is delayed by approximately 4.5 hours.

The Budapest-Kyiv train stopped mid-route and has been stuck for about two hours. According to preliminary information, the reason for the stop was a lack of power supply.

Passengers report that due to the long stop in the cars, the temperature is gradually dropping.

It was previously reported that the pilot project with Internet access on Ukrzaliznytsia trains is being expanded to long-distance services.

As a reminder, from January 1, 2026, the cost of issuing a passport for a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card, international passport, and temporary and permanent residence permits has increased.
