Trump announces phone call to Putin

US President Donald Trump said that after meeting with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky, he will call Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
This became known from the broadcast of the meeting.
Trump noted that he told Zelensky about the summit with Putin in Alaska and would do the same after today’s meeting.
“We will have a phone conversation immediately after these meetings today. Putin is waiting for my call,” the US president said.
Recall, on the evening of August 18 , a meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and American leader Donald Trump began at the White House .
By the way, Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that before meeting with Trump , he coordinated positions with European leaders and the NATO Secretary General .
