US President Donald Trump said the United States was not involved in Israel’s latest attack on Iran, which occurred on the night of June 15.
He wrote about this on his social network Truth Social , emphasizing that the United States did not participate in the attack and did not coordinate it.
Meanwhile, the situation in the Middle East has escalated to a critical point. In response to Israel’s actions, Iran launched strikes on several Israeli cities, including Haifa, Tamra and Bat Yam. In Bat Yam, a rocket hit a multi-story residential building. According to The Times of Israel, at least eight people were killed in the attack, more than 200 were injured, and about 20 are missing.
In response, Israel launched strikes on Iranian territory, including the headquarters of the Defense Ministry in Tehran. Administrative buildings were damaged, as well as energy infrastructure facilities – an oil storage facility and a fuel tank near the capital.
Against this backdrop, Donald Trump said that in the event of any attempt at aggression by Tehran against the United States, “the full military might of America at a level the world has never seen” would be directed at Iran. At the same time, he declared the United States’ readiness to mediate in resolving the conflict between Iran and Israel and offered to “make an easy deal” to end the bloodshed.
Let us recall that on the night of Friday, June 13, the Israeli army began a large-scale operation against Iran and massively attacked nuclear and military facilities.
Earlier it became known that Iran refused to participate in negotiations with the United States regarding its nuclear program, scheduled for June 15 .
