Trump threatens Venezuela with war and seizure of tankers

US President Donald Trump has said he is not ruling out the possibility of war with Venezuela in the future. He also announced new seizures of oil tankers.
Trump said this in an interview with NBC News.
When asked directly about a possible war with Venezuela, the American president replied: “I don’t rule it out, no,” after initially evading the answer.
In addition, Trump announced his intention to continue seizing oil tankers. According to him, further US actions will depend on the behavior of the Venezuelan authorities.
“It all depends on them. If they continue their routes, they sail to one of our ports,” Trump noted.
At the same time, the US president did not confirm whether the removal of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is his main goal.
“He knows exactly what I want,” Trump added.
