Two dead men were found in the mountains.

The bodies of two men were found in the mountainous area near Lake Brebeneskul in the Zakarpattia region.

The regional department of the State Emergency Service reported this.

It was noted that over the weekend, in the mountainous area near Lake Brebeneskul, in the area of Mount Gutin Tomnatik in the Rakhiv district, dead men were discovered.

The State Emergency Service employees transported the bodies of the deceased from the highlands to the village of Vydrichka and handed them over to the morgue workers in the city of Rakhiv.

“The deceased were a 41-year-old and a 36-year-old man from the Vinnytsia region,” the statement said.

“In the mountains, you need to carefully monitor the weather, and before setting out, be sure to inform rescuers of your routes,” the rescuers reminded.
