The Ukrainian Defense Forces struck several important military facilities of the Russian occupiers in Crimea and in the eastern direction. Among them are radar stations, a drone control point, a training center, and communications facilities.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to military data, strikes on enemy targets were carried out on August 27 and on the night of August 28.
In particular, near Olenivka in temporarily occupied Crimea, Ukrainian military hit the Nebo-SV radar, the P-18 radar hardware station, and a mobile communications complex. Another important facility, the Nikolaevka radio relay station, was hit in the Frunze area.
In Sevastopol, the destruction of a training center where Russian military personnel were trained has been confirmed.
In other areas, the Defense Forces also struck the military infrastructure of the occupiers. UAV control points were hit in the areas of Uspenivka, Zaporizhia region, and Kurakhovo, Donetsk region. In addition, the Ukrainian military struck an area of concentration of weapons and military equipment near Krasnaya Gora, Donetsk region.
The extent of damage to all targets is currently being determined.
At the same time, the General Staff reported another confirmed result of the previous strikes. This is the Russian radar station “Kasta” in Karaychev, Rostov Region of the Russian Federation. It was destroyed on August 24.
“Work on key enemy military targets continues,” the General Staff emphasized.
