Two thousand hryvnias per hundred: ARMA sold 460 hectares of land in the Carpathians to the scandalous People’s Deputy Lyovochkin

On Thursday, January 8, the Asset Management and Tracing Agency (ARMA) sold 460 hectares of land in the Borzhava Valley in the Transcarpathian region for 89.5 million hryvnias. The sale was effectively at a rock-bottom price due to the auction format and lack of competition.

The land was divided into three lots, each of which was put up for a separate Dutch auction. This form of bidding involves a starting price that gradually decreases until someone agrees to purchase the asset.

Only one bidder for each lot participated in the auctions, so the sale took place at the minimum price.

Andriy Vingranovsky purchased a plot of land with an area of 26.7366 hectares for 5.4 million hryvnias at a starting price of 10.4 million hryvnias.

He became the owner of 199.1488 hectares, paying 39.1 million hryvnias at the initial price of 75.2 million hryvnias.

Vlasyuk Igor purchased a plot of land with an area of 234.77 hectares for 45 million hryvnias.

Thus, the average price of one hundred square meters of land at the auction was about 2 thousand hryvnias.

In November 2024, ARMA expected to receive over 1 billion hryvnia for these lands.

According to Opendatabot, Andriy Vingranovsky is the owner of Ombry Investment LLC, which is part of the Lyovochkin family’s corporate group. He is also the husband of Yulia Lyovochkina.

Vlasyuk Igor is the founder of Borzhava Eset LLC, the ultimate beneficiary of which is Vingranovsky.
