Iran has officially handed over its 10-point peace plan to the United States.

This was reported by the state-run Fars News Agency.

Donald Trump called it a “working framework for negotiations” during the two-week ceasefire.

Main points of the plan:

1. All attacks on Iran and its allied groups are suspended.
2. US troops leave the region.
3. The Strait of Hormuz is opening to ships, but in a limited mode and with safety protocols in place.
4. All primary and secondary sanctions against Iran are lifted.
5. Iran receives compensation for the damages caused through a special investment fund.
6. The country undertakes not to create nuclear weapons.
7. The US recognizes Iran’s right to enrich uranium, and negotiations are underway regarding the permissible level.
8. Iran agrees to negotiate bilateral and multilateral peace agreements in the region.
9. Iran and its allies will not attack other states.
10. All IAEA and UN Security Council resolutions are suspended, and commitments are recorded in an official UN resolution.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi confirmed that the implementation of the plan will ensure safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz and a temporary cessation of hostilities in the region.

As a reminder, Iran confirmed the achievement of a two-week truce with the US and declared its readiness to open the Strait of Hormuz for this period.
