Ukraine allows booking of wanted men: what you need to know

The Verkhovna Rada allowed critical enterprises to book military personnel who have improperly executed documents.

This was reported by MP Oleksiy Honcharenko.

According to the law, all employees of critically important enterprises and facilities of the defense-industrial complex who have problems with military registration are subject to reservation – they are not registered or are wanted by the CCC, have not specified personal data, do not have a military registration document, or it is issued improperly.

Honcharenko explained that enterprises will have the right to reserve employees for 45 days.

The law was supported by 272 people’s deputies.

“A very important law that eliminates many problems with reservations at critical enterprises,” Honcharenko added.

As you know, martial law and general mobilization have been extended in Ukraine. This means that men from 25 to 60 years old can be drafted into the army. At the same time, the law provides for exceptions – there are categories that receive a deferral or are not subject to mobilization at all .
