Ukraine has introduced new sanctions against Russia: who is on the list of restrictions

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on the implementation of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council to impose sanctions against 10 Russian transport and logistics companies. These are companies that deliver cargo to Ukrainian territories temporarily occupied by Russia.
This was reported by the press service of the President’s Office.
The sanctions list includes private Russian companies that deliver goods to the Russian occupiers and back, effectively providing logistical support to the Russian army.
The restrictions also apply to enterprises operating in temporarily occupied territories, using the captured infrastructure of Ukrposhta. It is noted that these structures not only pay pensions and other social benefits, but also perform the functions of the so-called passport desk, where citizens are illegally passported and served with summonses.
Separately, sanctions were applied to postal operators who, in circumvention of restrictions, created channels for the so-called parallel import of dual-use goods, including electronics and drones.
“The special role of postal services is in the delivery of microelectronics from abroad. It is abnormal when a microchip can be sent by mail from Germany to Moscow. Sanctions are also aimed at restricting these supply channels. The relevant information is already with partners,” said Vladyslav Vlasyuk, Commissioner for Sanctions Policy.
By the way, on the fourth anniversary of the Russian invasion, February 24, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree introducing new sanctions against Russians.
Earlier, Zelenskyy implemented the NSDC’s decision to impose sanctions against 225 captains of ships of the Russian shadow fleet and individuals and companies associated with servicing the Russian military-industrial complex.
Recall that Ukraine has introduced a new package of sanctions against companies that supply Russia with critically important foreign components and help establish the production of missiles and drones in circumvention of international restrictions.
