Ukraine has managed to return a 19-year-old girl who spent 11 years under Russian occupation

A 19-year-old girl, who spent almost 11 years under occupation, was returned to Ukraine from the temporarily occupied territory.

This was reported by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak.

It is reported that the girl deliberately avoided any contact with the occupation authorities and refused to participate in events to impose pro-Russian ideology.

Despite all the restrictions from the Russians, the girl graduated from a Ukrainian school remotely and entered the Ukrainian ZVO.

“We are grateful to Helping to Leave for their assistance in rescuing the girl home. We are fulfilling the President’s task – to return all the children,” Yermak notes.

Let us recall that earlier three children were returned to Ukraine from Russia and the temporarily occupied territories .
