Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Heorhiy Tykhyi, stated that Ukraine has no information about the visit of a European delegation to inspect the damaged section of the Druzhba oil pipeline.

This was reported by Ukrinform.

“I am not aware of any specific arrangements or dates for the trip… I have seen these messages, but I don’t know where they are coming from,” he said.

Tykhyi noted that the decision on the admission of foreigners to strategic facilities is made by the Security Service of Ukraine.

According to him, the European Commission asked about the timing of the repair of the oil pipeline, and in response, Ukraine provided timely clarification on this matter.

The day before, it was reported that on March 18 , experts from the European Union countries would inspect the section of the Druzhba oil pipeline damaged after the Russian attack.
