Ukraine is preparing for the National Selection for Eurovision 2026: when and where to watch

On Saturday, February 7, the final of the National Selection for Eurovision 2026 will take place in Ukraine. The jury and the audience will choose the winner from among the ten finalists who passed the preliminary selection.

Final schedule:
18:00 — Pre-show
19:00 — Main final
Viewers will vote during the broadcast via the “Diya” application or by sending an SMS to the short number 7576, indicating the participant code from 1 to 10.
This year, the jury will work according to a new principle. Each judge will evaluate a specific aspect of the performance:
Yevhen Filatov — song: composition, “sound quality”, competitive potential
Zlata Ognevıch — vocals and quality of live performance
Konstantin Tomilchenko — stage design and production of the number
Ruslana — charisma, uniqueness of the artist, a chance to win
Vitaly Drozdov — media potential of the application
According to creative producer German Nenov, such an expert system will allow for a more accurate and balanced decision regarding Ukraine’s representative at Eurovision.
As a reminder, on January 8, at 10:00 AM , voting for the tenth participant in the National Selection for Eurovision 2026 started in the “Diya” mobile application.
As reported, the Ukrainian National Selection for Eurovision-2026 for the first time in its history opened its doors not only to the show’s professional team, but also to representatives of Europe’s leading fan communities. Eurofans were given a unique opportunity to listen to the longlist of participants and give their own assessments – and their verdict turned out to be unexpected.
