Ukraine has launched a unified platform of government programs to support citizens, condominium associations, businesses, and communities during the challenging winter period.

The launch was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko .

According to her, the resource brings together comprehensive information on all current assistance programs—participation requirements, application procedures, and contact information. The platform aims to become a single point of access to initiatives aimed at strengthening housing energy independence, supporting the population, and ensuring the smooth operation of businesses.

Several support programs are available for the population: monthly payments to repair crews, the “SvetDom” program to increase the energy independence of homes, “Heat Packages” for people with disabilities and single pensioners, and the provision of nutritional support for children with Group A disabilities.

Additionally, partner banks are now accepting applications for two new programs to enhance the energy independence of apartment buildings and private homes. These programs include support for condominium associations (HOAs) and housing cooperatives (ZhSKs), as well as a separate program for owners of private homes and townhouses.

Businesses are provided with financial assistance ranging from UAH 7,500 to UAH 15,000 for the purchase or repair of generators, fuel, or utility bills. Zero-interest loans are also available for the purchase of energy equipment (up to UAH 10 million for up to three years) and the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” program for the purchase of energy equipment.
