Ukraine has received additional missiles for its Patriot systems, as well as confirmation of the transfer of several Crotale air defense systems with ammunition and AIM missiles.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this during a meeting with Estonian President Alar Karis in Kyiv.

According to Zelenskyy, important agreements on strengthening Ukrainian air defense were reached during the Coalition of the Willing summit.

“We have received confirmation of the transfer of several Crotale air defense systems and missiles for them. We have also received AIM missiles. These are very important missiles for us; we use them to shoot down enemy missiles,” the president said.

The head of state also confirmed the arrival of an additional batch of missiles for American Patriot air defense systems. However, he did not specify the country that provided the ammunition or the quantity.

In addition to military aid, partners announced new targeted support packages for Ukrainian regions. According to Zelenskyy, Denmark continues to support the Mykolaiv region, Estonia continues to support the Zhytomyr region, and assistance from Belgium is also planned.

In addition, Belgium and Germany announced new energy packages for Ukraine, and Sweden will allocate significant funding for the development of Ukrainian drone production.

The coalition of those wishing also supported several veterans’ projects.

Earlier, British Prime Minister Andy Burnham said that in September he and other European leaders could travel to the United States to persuade President Donald Trump to transfer some of the American stockpiles of Patriot interceptor missiles to Ukraine.
