Ukraine received humanitarian aid from Vietnam on the eve of winter

Vietnam has provided Ukraine with $500,000 in humanitarian aid. The support package is of particular importance on the eve of the winter period.
This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andriy Sybiga, on the social network X.
The Foreign Minister thanked the government and people of Vietnam for the assistance, emphasizing that it is a manifestation of solidarity with Ukrainians in times of war.
According to Sybiga, this step testifies to friendly relations between the two countries, mutual respect and understanding. Ukraine appreciates Vietnam’s contribution to humanitarian support for people in need.
The Minister also expressed hope that the assistance provided will contribute to further strengthening relations between Ukraine and Vietnam and developing cooperation for the benefit of both peoples.
Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during a meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Kyiv, announced a new support package for Ukraine worth over 1.3 billion euros. The assistance includes weapons, energy support, and financing the production of new interceptors to combat strike drones.
