Ukraine to introduce blackout schedules on November 23: queue volume
Tomorrow, November 23, most regions of Ukraine will introduce restrictions on electricity consumption due to the consequences of massive Russian missile and drone attacks on energy facilities. The restrictions will apply to industrial and residential consumers and will cover the entire day.
This was reported by Ukrenergo .
According to the report, the restrictions will be applied from 00:00 to 23:59. For the population, this involves alternating from 1 to 2.5 electricity supply shifts , and for industrial consumers, capacity restrictions will apply.
The time and extent of outages may change, so consumers are advised to follow updates on the official pages of regional energy companies in the regions.
“When electricity is available on schedule, please consume it sparingly,” the company emphasized.
The restrictions were introduced to stabilize the operation of the energy system after damage caused by Russian attacks and are designed to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply to critical facilities.
