A magnetic storm will cover the Earth in the coming days. The situation is calm for now, but everything will change by the end of the week.
This was reported by the British Geological Survey Geomagnetism.
According to scientists, geomagnetic activity will still be low on April 29. However, a deterioration is expected from April 30, as the planet will be covered by a stream of solar wind.
Experts predict a G1 storm, and it could eventually strengthen to G2.
The cause was activity on the Sun. A few days ago, flares occurred there, and a so-called coronal hole was formed, from which a powerful stream of particles is escaping.
The peak of the impact is expected on May 1-2.
On such days, minor communication and navigation disruptions are possible. Some people may experience weakness, headaches, or pressure drops.
Experts advise you to rest more during this period, not to overload your body, and to monitor your well-being.
