Ukraine will be covered in wet snow: weather forecaster warns of cold snap

Cold and wet weather is expected in Ukraine on Thursday, March 19. Wet snow is possible in some regions.
This was reported by weather forecaster Natalka Didenko.
According to her, precipitation in the form of rain and sleet will occur in some places in Ukraine this coming night and morning.
“There will be rain in places, and sleet is possible tonight and tomorrow morning,” she noted.
The air temperature will remain low: at night from 0 to +4 degrees, during the day +4…+8. It will be slightly warmer in the east, southeast and in Volyn – up to +12 degrees.
The weather forecaster warns that visibility on the roads will deteriorate due to wet weather and cloudiness.
“In most regions of Ukraine on Thursday, cloudy, humid air masses will prevail, visibility will decrease – drivers, be more careful!”, – stressed Didenko.
Rain is also forecast in Kyiv on March 19, with wet snow possible in places at night. The temperature will be around zero at night, rising only to +5 degrees during the day.
The forecaster adds that the coming days will remain cool, but it will warm up later.
“It will be cool in the coming days, dress warmer, today and tomorrow will be the coldest, and then it will gradually warm up,” she explained.
According to her forecast, a more significant increase in temperature is expected from March 23.
