Ukraine has become the first country in the world to provide public services using artificial intelligence. The Ministry of Digital Affairs has already launched an AI assistant on the Diya portal.
This was announced by the First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
According to him, by 2030, Ukraine plans to enter the top three countries in the development of artificial intelligence and its integration into the public sector.
“We are focusing on transforming Diya from a digital service into a full-fledged AI agent that will work 24/7 and provide services without filling out unnecessary forms and fields,” explained Fedorov.
The minister assured that a presentation of the changes that Diya will undergo after the integration of artificial intelligence will take place in the fall. He added that the assistant will soon appear in the mobile application.
Currently, Action.AI can provide services, talk about services in Action, and also select services for specific situations.
“Currently, Diya.AI is operating in an open beta testing format. We will continue to train it so that it responds to requests even faster and with better quality,” Fedorov summarized.
Earlier, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine announced the launch of the first state infrastructure for the development and scaling of artificial intelligence products – the AI Factory project.
