Ukraine will receive approximately €30 billion in EU aid by the end of the year: conditions announced

By the end of 2026, Ukraine could receive approximately €30 billion in financial assistance from the European Union. However, to receive the funds, Kyiv must continue implementing necessary reforms.
This was stated by the European Commission spokesman Balázs Ujváry during a briefing.
According to him, the European Commission is currently focused primarily on financing Ukraine in 2026. The amount of assistance currently being prepared is approximately 30 billion euros.
Uyvari noted that the provision of these funds depends on the continuation of reforms in Ukraine.
He also noted that, within the framework of defence assistance, the European Commission expects the agreements necessary for the implementation of the agreed delivery schedules.
