Ukraine will receive the largest military aid from Germany during the entire war

Germany is significantly increasing its support for Ukraine: the Bundestag has approved the 2026 budget, which includes 11.5 billion euros for our country. This is a record amount of aid since the start of the full-scale invasion.
This is reported by Spiegel.
The funds will go towards artillery, drones, armored vehicles and other weapons that Ukraine needs for defense. The German Ministry of Defense emphasized that this scale of support has never been seen before.
Germany’s budget for next year also includes a significant increase in defense spending, to 108 billion euros, the highest since the end of the Cold War. More than a third of the total will go to social programs.
It was previously reported that the Czech Republic earned more than it spent on supporting Ukraine.
As a reminder, the European Union is preparing a new tranche of defense support for Ukraine worth about 80 million euros.
