Ukrainian enterprises are required to provide territorial procurement centers (TCC) with reports on the availability of vehicles and special equipment on their balance sheet by June 20, 2025.

This is stated in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1921 .

It is noted that the reporting must include cars and trucks, as well as special equipment, in particular rented vehicles. In addition to information on the number of equipment and its technical condition, enterprises must provide data on citizens who work with this equipment.

For failure to submit documents, legal entities face a fine of 34,000 to 59,000 hryvnias .

The government recommends not to delay submitting reports and submit them by June 19 inclusive to avoid administrative liability due to technical or bureaucratic delays.

The Cabinet of Ministers added that individual entrepreneurs (IEPs) and ordinary citizens are not subject to this requirement.

We would like to remind you that from July 1, 2025, updated rules of liability for traffic violations will come into force in Ukraine .

It was previously reported that in certain cases, transferring funds through person-to-person (P2P) bank accounts may result in a fine of up to 34 thousand hryvnias or blocking of the account.
