Ukrainian delegation arrives in Abu Dhabi for talks with Russia and the US

The Ukrainian delegation has already arrived in Abu Dhabi, where regular negotiations with Russia and the United States will soon begin.

The meetings, which will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, come after months of diplomatic stalemate, with renewed concern over the latest Russian missile and drone attacks that have escalated hostilities at the end of the fourth year of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Negotiators must discuss key issues to end the conflict and reduce casualties, and their decisions could determine the further course of the war.

As reported, the negotiations between delegations from Ukraine, the United States, and the Russian Federation, which will start on Tuesday, February 4, in the United Arab Emirates, have the potential to be more successful than previously predicted.

As a reminder, United States special envoy Steve Witkoff will be present at the negotiations to resolve the war in Abu Dhabi.

By the way, there have been signs of cautious progress in the peace talks between Ukraine, the US and Russia, but a rapid breakthrough is not expected in the near future . Analysts believe that significant agreements are possible no earlier than March.
