Ukrainian delegation in Abu Dhabi holds talks with US and Russian teams

Today, November 25, a Ukrainian delegation led by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, is in Abu Dhabi and working to achieve peace.
This was reported by Axios, citing sources.
In particular, it is noted that Ukrainian representatives are negotiating with both the American and Russian teams.
According to the publication’s source, the heads of military intelligence were planning to meet in the UAE capital on a different issue. However, the American team’s trip changed previous plans.
In addition, in the United Arab Emirates, US Army Secretary Dan Driscoll is holding talks with Russian officials for the second day.
“The negotiations are progressing well and we remain optimistic. Driscoll is working closely with the White House and the US interagency team as these negotiations progress,” the minister’s spokesman said.
As a reminder, the Trump administration’s ceasefire plan provides for the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions , as well as the freezing of the contact line in the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump approved a plan for a peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia , which consists of 28 points.
It should be noted that after the negotiations between the Ukrainian and American delegations in Geneva, the US peace plan for Ukraine underwent significant changes.
As is known, Ukraine has given preliminary consent to the American peace proposal to end the war, but the process is being slowed down by the complete lack of reaction from Russia.
By the way, Volodymyr Zelenskyy is ready to meet with Donald Trump in the United States to complete the draft peace agreement.
