The Ukrainian delegation has left for a new round of negotiations with representatives of the United States and Russia. The meetings will take place on February 4-5 in Abu Dhabi.

This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to the head of state, the Ukrainian team is already on its way. The negotiations will take place in several formats – both trilateral and bilateral with the American side.

“Today there was a meeting with our delegation – the guys are already on their way. The meetings will be on Wednesday and Thursday. And not only a trilateral format, but there will also be a bilateral format with America,” Zelensky said.

The President noted that Ukraine continues to work with American partners so that the solutions developed can be scaled up and bring peace closer.

According to him, they plan to coordinate a number of issues with the American side, in particular regarding security guarantees, as well as the restoration and further development of Ukraine.

Separately, Zelenskyy stressed the importance of resolute support for the dialogue from the United States so that Russian terror does not disrupt possible agreements.

It was previously reported that United States Special Envoy Steve Witkoff will attend the negotiations to resolve the war in Abu Dhabi, which will take place in the coming days.

As a reminder, there have been signs of cautious progress in the peace talks between Ukraine, the US, and Russia , but a rapid breakthrough is not expected in the near future.
