Ukrainian electronic warfare system “Lima” neutralized dozens of “Daggers”: details

The Ukrainian electronic warfare system “Lima” neutralized 26 Russian Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles in the first three months of 2026.

This was reported by Oboronka with reference to the company Cascade Systems.

In total, since the beginning of the system’s use, the Ukrainian military has neutralized 58 missiles of this type.

The company notes that during the first quarter, Lima also rejected 33 cruise missiles and more than 10,000 drones.

In addition, the system demonstrates effectiveness against guided aerial bombs – in its areas of action, it neutralizes over 98% of CABs.

The developer integrates the complexes into the overall air defense system. This allows to divert enemy air assets from targets and create an additional layer of protection.

Maksym Skoretsky, Head of the Electronic Warfare Department of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, explained that “Lima” forms a multi-layered defense and intercepts targets that have already broken through external borders.

The Night Watch unit confirms the system’s effectiveness. According to the military, Lima neutralized 58 of the 59 Daggers aimed at the facilities under its protection.

The complex creates a radio-electronic barrier that blocks satellite navigation and disrupts the guidance of precision weapons.

Cascade Systems emphasizes that the use of such systems allows you to save air defense resources and not waste scarce missiles in cases where the target can be neutralized by electronic means.
