Ukrainian engineers are preparing a breakthrough in rocketry: FP rocket parameters revealed

The Ukrainian defense sector is strengthening: Fire Point has introduced the latest ballistic missiles of its own design – FP-7 and FP-9, and also announced the creation of air defense systems.

The presentation took place during the international exhibition MSPO-2025 in Poland.

FP-7: Accuracy and Mobility

The FP-7 missile is designed for operational engagement of targets at medium distances. It has:

range — up to 200 km

maximum speed — 1500 m/s

combat load — 150 kg

maximum flight duration — 250 seconds

circular deviation — 14 meters

It is launched from a ground platform and can effectively hit targets in frontline areas.

FP-9: Strike deep in the rear

The real breakthrough was the FP-9 missile, capable of delivering strikes at strategic depth. Its characteristics:

range — up to 855 km

speed — 2200 m/s

combat load — 800 kg

flight altitude — up to 70 km

accuracy — 20 meters

Such weapons allow you to destroy critically important enemy targets far behind the front line.

Recall that Ukraine has officially begun mass production of a new generation of cruise missiles called “Flamingo”, which are capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 3,000 kilometers.

As reported, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine has launched an investigation into the activities of Fire Point, the manufacturer of the Flamingo missile and strike drones.
