Ukrainian forces struck enemy drone operator bases in Seversk and Pokrovsk.

Over the past 24 hours, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the area of responsibility of the Eastern Group of Forces have stopped 52 assault operations by Russian troops.

The fiercest fighting continues in the Pokrovsk-Mirnohrad agglomeration, where the enemy is suffering significant losses. In the Pokrovsk sector alone, Ukrainian defenders repelled 34 attacks near Nikanorovka, Rodynske, Krasny Liman, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlinoe, Udachny, Molodetskoye, Novoserhiivka, Orekhovoye, and Dachny.

Over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces in this area eliminated 62 Russian occupiers and wounded another 24. They also destroyed 18 enemy drones, three vehicles, and two artillery systems. A tank, four vehicles, an artillery system, and 11 enemy personnel shelters were also hit.

The Vostok Ukrainian Armed Forces notes that the Pokrovsk defense continues: Ukrainian troops control the northern part of the city, conduct search and assault operations, and destroy the enemy in the urban area. In Myrnohrad, Ukrainian Armed Forces units are holding defensive lines and inflicting damage on the enemy on the approaches to the city.

It was also reported that additional logistics routes were being organized to Pokrovsk and Mirnograd to ensure uninterrupted supply of units and timely evacuation.

As a reminder, as of the morning of December 24, Russia has lost approximately 1,194,520 troops since the beginning of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In the past 24 hours, enemy casualties have reached 1,220.
