Ukrainian intelligence struck in the rear: a group of special forces was destroyed in the Russian Federation

Ukrainian military intelligence officers successfully carried out a special operation deep behind enemy lines, on the territory of the Russian Federation. As a result, three representatives of the “Rosguard”, including a high-ranking official from the “Avangard” special unit, were eliminated.

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The operation took place on September 27 near the settlement of Tambukan in the Stavropol Territory of the Russian Federation. Representatives of the Ukrainian Movement for the Liberation of the Caucasus were involved in its implementation, who coordinated the actions together with the GUR.

“A lieutenant colonel of the Russian Guard, who led a group of special forces from the Avangard unit, was destroyed. His assistant and driver were also eliminated. The enemy group was heading for training, but did not reach its destination,” the GUR noted.

This operation became another example of how Ukrainian intelligence demonstrates the ability to act precisely even beyond the state border – with minimal losses and maximum efficiency.

We will remind you that Ukrainian soldiers conducted a special operation in one of the Russian regions, as a result of successful actions they managed to eliminate soldiers of the occupation army and their equipment.

As reported, on September 13, the fighters of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense, together with the SSO , carried out a unique operation in terms of complexity to stop the occupiers’ railway connection in the Oryol-Kursk direction.
