On the night of November 14, Ukrainian troops launched successful strikes with “Long Neptune” missiles on targets in Russia, responding to a massive enemy missile attack.

This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy after receiving reports from the Commander-in-Chief and Commander of the Air Force.

“This night, our soldiers successfully used “Long Neptunes” on designated targets on the territory of Russia – and this is our just response to the ongoing terror,” Zelenskyy emphasized.

The Head of State added that Ukrainian missiles are demonstrating increasing accuracy and range, and each strike strengthens the country’s defense capabilities.

At the same time, the president reported that Ukrainian air defenses repelled a night attack by Russian missiles, neutralizing 14 targets, including two aeroballistic and six ballistic. “Our Patriots and other air defense systems worked without failures, and we will continue to strengthen this component to protect the skies of Ukraine,” Zelensky noted.
