Ukrainian military disrupted the launch of the Shahid missiles: the crews were killed before the attack.

On March 28, military personnel from the 1st Separate Center for Unmanned Systems of the Unmanned Systems Forces attacked Russian crews preparing to launch Shahed attack drones into Ukrainian territory.

The unit itself reported this.

According to the military, the attack occurred immediately before the drones were launched. The released video shows Russian soldiers standing near the vehicles from which they planned to launch the drones (also known as Gerberas in Russia).

The center notes that the strike thwarted the attack and prevented the drones from taking off.

“We stopped the enemy before the martyrs even took to the skies. Now fewer drones will fly into our cities,” the military emphasized.

Thus, according to them, it was possible to reduce the threat to Ukrainian settlements and avoid new air strikes.
