On the night of August 24, Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked a Russian military-industrial complex facility in the Rostov region. The facility in question was the Kamensky Combine, a federal state-owned enterprise in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.

Following the impact, a fire was reported on the premises. The extent of the damage to the facility is currently being determined.

The Kamensky Plant specializes in the production of solid rocket fuel, which is used for ammunition for the Uragan, Smerch, and Tornado-S multiple launch rocket systems.

In addition, the company produces components for other missile systems and aircraft weapons.

The General Staff emphasized that the Defense Forces continue to work to destroy key enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex.

Incidentally, drone attacks on major logistics facilities were reported in several regions of Russia on the night of August 24. An Ozon warehouse in Dagestan caught fire after a strike, while a Kuchenland Home train in Krasnodar caught fire. A fire was also reported near an Ozon warehouse in Stavropol Krai.

As a reminder, on the night of August 22,Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Ozon marketplace logistics hub in Chapayevsk, Samara Oblast, Russia, for the first time . The strike resulted in a massive fire at the facility.
