Ukrainian Navy destroys Russian Ka-27 helicopter over Black Sea

The Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a Russian Ka-27 ship-based anti-submarine helicopter over the Black Sea.

This is reported by the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukrainian military eliminated an enemy air target while performing combat missions in the Black Sea. The Ka-27 belongs to naval aviation and is used by Russian forces to search for submarines and patrol the sea area.

The Navy emphasized that units of the Ukrainian Navy continue to control the situation in the Black Sea and destroy enemy forces.

As previously reported, Special Operations Forces carried out a series of successful strikes on Russian army targets in the temporarily occupied territories of Southern and Eastern Ukraine.

As a reminder, on the night of February 26 , the Defense Forces struck two radar stations in Crimea and a command and observation post in the Bryansk region .
