Ukrainian troops have advanced in Sumy region, and Russian troops have advanced in Kharkiv region: what is known about the situation on the front

In the Sumy region, in the North Slobozhany direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct active operations to displace the enemy.

This was reported to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is noted that on the relevant section of the front, Ukrainian units advanced 1-2.5 kilometers.

As specified by the General Staff, active fighting is taking place near the settlements of Oleksiivka and Yunakivka.

At the same time, according to analysts from the DeepState project , Russian occupation forces are also having some success in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions.

In particular, in the Kharkiv region, the enemy occupied the village of Zelenyy Gai and also advanced near Lozova.

In addition, the enemy managed to advance near Popovy Yar in the Kramatorsk district of the Donetsk region.

It was previously noted that for the second day in a row , the Defense Forces have been successful in difficult sections of the front in the Donetsk region , in particular near Dobropillya and Pokrovsk.

As is known, Russian troops have captured the villages of Popiv Yar and Ivano-Daryivka in Donetsk region . Ukrainian units continue counterattacks.
