President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that the government is preparing new support programs for pensioners and people receiving social assistance.
He wrote about this in Telegram.
In particular, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine should prepare assistance for April.
As it became known, at least 13 million Ukrainians will be able to receive additional payments of 1,500 hryvnias.
“The funds should reach people without any bureaucracy and will be credited automatically to those whose income level means that support is needed,” the president assured.
Separately, he noted that the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Energy are preparing a support program for people who have faced “special pressure due to the destabilization of the fuel market” amid the conflict in the Middle East.
Zelensky explained that the program will work through cashback and will allow you to compensate for part of the fuel costs.
