Ukrainians will be given preferential loans for autonomous power supply: details

The Cabinet of Ministers is launching a program of preferential loans at 0-7% for the purchase of energy equipment in private and apartment buildings.

This was reported by Prime Minister Yulia Svirydenko.

Owners of private houses and townhouses can apply for a loan from 0% at partner banks for equipment for autonomous power supply. The state compensates for part of the loan amount depending on the system configuration.

According to Svyridenko, the compensation is:

• 20% – on the generator

• 25% – on a generator with a battery

• 30% – for a solar power plant with a generator and battery

The loan also covers auxiliary equipment and installation work.

Preferential financing is available at 43 partner banks of the program at 5-7-9%. The maximum loan amount is 480 thousand hryvnias, the term is up to 10 years.

The program applies to diesel, gasoline and gas generators, batteries and solar power plants as part of an autonomous system.

Basic requirements:

• the dwelling must be operated as a place of residence

• one loan – for one household

• the borrower undergoes bank scoring

To receive funds, you need to choose a partner bank, submit an application, undergo an assessment, conclude a loan agreement, and then receive state compensation.

It was previously reported that starting March 1, the Cabinet of Ministers will update the “National Cashback” program by changing the rules for accruing interest on purchases.

Recall that pensioners who are in temporarily occupied territories or abroad risk losing their payments if they do not undergo physical identification and submit the necessary applications.
